The Rainbow Threads 3D Cog provides an instant lifting effect on the skin, ensuring exceptional hold due to their strategically placed barbs
The Rainbow Threads 3D Cog threads were developed by the manufacturer Oreon Life Science to effectively lift and tighten the skin. Featuring a unique 3D Cog design with barbs arranged around the thread, this product ensures a particularly strong hold in the treated areas. Moreover, the PDO lifting threads offer high tensile strength, allowing for a visible yet natural-looking lifting effect. The results typically last 6 to 8 months before the threads gradually dissolve on their own. This makes Rainbow Threads 3D Cog a uniquely effective and long-lasting option for non-surgical skin tightening.
Safe & Effective Non-Surgical Facelift
The Rainbow Threads 3D Cog threads are innovative and highly effective for PDO thread lifting, delivering an immediately visible lifting effect. This result can be achieved without invasive surgery or anesthesia, making the 3D Cog PDO threads from Oreon Life Science an ideal choice for patients seeking a minimally invasive alternative.
Moreover, they are biocompatible PDO threads, meaning they naturally dissolve in the body after their effective period, making Rainbow Threads 3D Cog exceptionally safe for all users.
Thanks to their advanced helical structure, these threads offer superior lifting power. Unlike mono threads, which are linear and single-stranded, the Rainbow Threads 3D Cog feature barbs arranged helically around the thread at 120-degree intervals. This unique PDO thread technology ensures a firm grip within the skin tissue and provides excellent slip resistance.
Furthermore, these medical-grade lifting threads boast high tensile strength, effectively achieving the desired skin-tightening effect. Only the Rainbow Threads 5D Cog offer greater lifting power, as they feature a denser arrangement of barbs. Otherwise, both products ensure exceptional hold within the skin tissue.

Product Composition and Treatment Guidelines of Rainbow Threads 3D Cog
Rainbow Threads 3D Cog are available in packs of 4 or 20 PDO threads, each with a L-type cannula for precise application. Made from polydioxanone (PDO), a biocompatible and absorbable material, these collagen-stimulating threads are designed with barbs placed every 120 degrees around the thread in a helical pattern, ensuring maximum grip in the skin.
There are two main variants of the Rainbow Threads 3D Cog available from us:
• 19G / 100mm x 170mm
• 21G / 90mm x 160mm
These face-lifting PDO threads are ideal for treating:
• Fine lines and wrinkles
• Nasolabial folds
• Sagging or dull skin
• Eyelids, temples, chin, and double chin
Typically, the results of a PDO thread lift with Rainbow Threads 3D Cog last for about 6 to 8 months, during which the body naturally absorbs the threads while boosting collagen production for progressive skin rejuvenation.
